Health Department Releases Non-Compliance List

The Southeastern Utah Public Health Department is releasing a list of businesses in the district that are out of compliance with health regulations for the year 2010 or longer and are operating without a current permit.

This list will be updated periodically to remove establishments that become compliant or to add those that remain delinquent after reasonable notification.
