Every effort is made to identify and control hazards before they compromise public health. Services are rendered in the form of consultations, plan review, inspection, and investigations.

The Southeastern Utah Public Health Department is releasing a list of businesses in the district that are out of compliance with health regulations for the year 2010 or longer and are operating without a current permit.
